Just days after Fortnite released its much-awaited Dragon Ball event, and now it looks like the popular free-to-play Battle Royale shooter might be making its presence felt in another game.
Fortnite leaker MidaRada was one of the first to leak news of the crossover with Destiny 2 collaboration – one eventually confirmed by another well-known Destiny dataminer.
The designs look to be modified versions of the Black Knight, Omega and Catalyst skins.
Over the weekend, there had been rumours of an upcoming Destiny 2 x Fortnite collab, with the game possibly making an appearance in the Epic Store.
Unlike Fortnite, Destiny 2 isn’t exactly known for crossovers.
(But more importantly, are we going to see Destiny 2 skins ported over to Fortnite?)
An announcement could come soon – Bungie has a Destiny 2 showcase set for Tuesday, starting from 1200ET/0000SGT (Wednesday).
This is Bungie’s first Destiny showcase since Sony acquired the studio for over US$3 billion earlier this year.
While we wait for more updates, you can still check out the Dragon Ball event that’s currently ongoing in Fortnite:
Fortnite is wild right now, y’all.
