As we embark on our latest expansion, we are seeking experienced, ambitious and committed team who are passionate and knowledgeable to build scale and traction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for getting new events for local market in Indonesia for TechStorm in eSports, K-Pop, and Gaming
- Identify and understand Local Indonesia Market customer needs and proactively create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets, meet deadlines, and uphold the company’s core values and standards of performance.
- Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to foster new business relationships.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled, and ROI is optimized.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales results, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field with a minimal 3 years of experience in sales, highly preferred with Event sales (Sports, Concert, etc) in Local Indonesian Market.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders
- Analytical and project management ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to connect and develop deep relationships with clients and partners
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
- Native Indonesian, Good command in English writing and speaking
