Fans looking to attend the upcoming The International 2022 will be able to buy your tickets from Ticketmaster, starting from 13 August.
According to Valve, tickets will be sold in a single wave starting at 1000SGT/0200GMT, with a limit of five tickets per customer for each date.
Those living in Singapore can opt for courier delivery or pick-up your tickets by will-call pickup.
International buyers can only pick up their tickets from the box office on the day of the event.
TI11 takes place in Singapore this year and Last Chance Qualifiers, which will not be open to the public, will run from 9-12 October.
12 runner-ups from the Regional Qualifiers, also not open to the public, will battle it out for two spots in the Group Stages, which takes place between 16-18 October.
But fans will be able to watch 20 teams compete for the last 16 spots in the Playoffs, which start on 20 October and wrap up on the 23.
Of those 16, only four will make it to the Finals.
Last Chance Qualifiers (8-12 October) | Not open to the public |
Group Stages (15-18 October) | Not open to the public |
Playoffs (20-23 October) | US$64/S$88 per day |
Finals (29-30 October) | US$361/S$498 (ticket grants you access to both days) |
The Playoffs will be held at Singapore’s Suntec Convention Centre with tickets priced at about US$64 for each day.
The Finals, which will feature the last four teams battling it out for the Aegis of Champions, will run from October 29 to 30.
The last leg of the event will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and tickets are priced at US$361 – a single ticket will allow you entrance for both days.
If you’re looking to attend every single day of the event, be prepared to shell-out a total of US$617 for tickets.
Compare that to TI10’s pricing, in Bucharest, which saw Playoffs tickets priced at US$51 and Finals at US$206.
The pinch is going to be especially felt by international travellers heading to Southeast Asia’s most expensive city, who would have to fork out more for airfare and accommodations, plus factor in the extra five rest days between events.
Fans attending the event will also have to show proof of vaccination before entering the respective venues.
For more information on overseas entry to Singapore, you can check out the official guidelines here.
TI11 will mark the first time The International is being held in Southeast Asia.
